This kit is used for extraction of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from serum/plasma samples.The kit uses a magnetic bead and buffer system with a unique isolation function. The surface of the magnetic bead is modified with special chemical groups, which have extremely strong enrichment ability for DNA under certain conditions and can reversibly release DNA when the conditions are changed, so as to rapidly separate and purify DNA, and to remove impurities like proteins as far as possible. The cfDNA isolated and purified by this kit can be directly used as PCR templates or for hybridization and other molecular biology experiments.
