Nest automation tip manufacturing lines feature inline CCD cameras using image recognition software for a 100% inspection rate. This allows for CV values of less than 3% and reliable performance across lots. Each lot comes from the same tip mold to ensure reproducibility and reduce tip to tip variability. Every lot is also tested in house on the compatible liquid handler to guarantee performance. All tips lot tested for CV’s, conductivity, DNA, RNase, DNase, sterility, pyrogens, cytotoxins, endotoxins and BSE/TSE.
