Nest Scientific Vacuum Filters for Efficient Filtration and Reliable Laboratory Applications

NEST Vacuum Filtration Systems offer high flow rates and flux, low protein binding, and low chemical extractability, with a 0.22 μm pore size. They are non-pyrogenic, DNase/RNase free, E-beam sterilized to SAL 10⁻⁶, endotoxin- and pyrogen-free, individually packaged in sterile bags, and intended for laboratory use only; do not use if the package is damaged. The systems are available with various hydrophilic membrane types: PES membranes provide low protein adsorption, high flow rate, wide pH range, high chemical compatibility, and good heat resistance; PVDF membranes are hydrophilic; MCE membranes are hydrophilic; and CA membranes are hydrophilic, offering wide applicability, good oxidation and heat resistance, strong chemical compatibility, low protein adsorption, and optimum pH range of 3–6. These filters are suitable for general culture media, aqueous solutions, polar or mid-polar solvents, neutral aqueous solutions, buffers, serum, and culture media, with some membranes compatible with HPLC or GC sample preparation.  NEST filters provide superior flow rates compared with other brands making them ideal for cytology and general filtration applications.
