High precision cap and bottle mold ensure secure leak-proof seal without the need for an inner gasket.
Bottle formed by injection blow molding for a super-smooth interior finish. Interior of neck and body of bottle guaranteed to be free of flash or burs.
The smooth inner surface minimizes residue on the walls, while the uniform wall thickness enhances resistance to cracking and puncturing.
The bottom features curved inner corners for easier cleaning.
Double-layer packaging provides added safety against damage from external forces such as compression, vibration, or impact during transportation.
Particle free double-layer packaging ideal for clean room use. Discard the outer layer to help maintain environmental quality and particle counts.
Temperature range -94°F (-70°C) to 302°F (150°C).
