During fill-finish processing, Nest Scientific cartridges remain nested, eliminating glass-to-glass contact. Each rack undergoes a rigorous 6-hour steam autoclave cycle to achieve complete sterilization—offering superior sterilization of the dual-septa interface compared to ethylene oxide gas, which cannot fully sterilize interior surfaces.
Nest Scientific tubs are dimensionally identical to SCHOTT cartriQ® Ready-to-Use Cartridge Tubs, enabling seamless integration into existing fill-finish lines with no need for change parts, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
