New Product Launch | Low-Binding Tips Save Precious Samples!

Pipette tips are essential tools in every lab. For rare and small biological samples, ultra-sensitive reagents are often used, and sometimes even more sensitive instruments are purchased for detection. During the initial processing steps, it’s crucial to minimize sample loss (such as using enzyme inhibitors to reduce degradation and employing low-binding consumables) to enhance experimental results.

NEST introduces Low-Binding Tips! These tips not only reduce the waste of enzymes or antibodies but also increase the accuracy of experimental results. Furthermore, when transferring rare samples, low-binding tips significantly reduce sample loss.

What are Low-Binding Tips?

Low-binding tips are laboratory consumables specifically designed for high-precision pipetting, significantly reducing non-specific adsorption of biomolecules (such as proteins, nucleic acids, enzymes, etc.) on the inner walls of the tips.

This product effectively addresses the issue of experimental result deviation caused by adsorption losses in traditional pipette tips, offering reliable experimental data assurance for the fields of life sciences, drug development, and clinical testing.

They are ideal for applications requiring precise data, such as micro-sample transfers, PCR system setup, and cell culture.

Key Features:

1.Innovative material technology achieves ultra-low binding properties, ensuring sample integrity.

2.Precision mold technology ensures high pipetting accuracy.

3.Compatible with leading pipette brands.

NEST low-binding tips come in various specifications to meet diverse experimental needs.

Superior Performance

The key performance indicators for low-binding tips include: liquid accuracy, liquid residue, protein residue, compatibility, airtightness, and radiation resistance. Among these, protein residue is particularly crucial—the lower the residue, the less sample loss.

NEST conducted three protein adsorption tests using standard tips, three other brands of low-binding tips, and our own low-binding tips. The results show that NEST low-binding tips exhibit the lowest protein adsorption compared to standard tips and other brand low-binding tips.

The current material used for pipette tips is primarily polypropylene plastic, known for its high chemical inertness and wide temperature range, making it a colorless, transparent plastic.

NEST low-binding tips are made from imported polypropylene that meets USP Class-VI standards, offering high transparency and resistance to organic solvents.

Order Form

The non-sterile low-binding tips in bags cannot undergo high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, as this would affect the product's low-binding performance.

Our sterilized, packed low-binding tip series will be available soon. Stay tuned!
