Features

The primary raw material used for the NEST Accure Vial COP Bottle is cycloolefin copolymer (COP), which is highly transparent, rigid, and heat-resistant. These properties make it an ideal alternative to borosilicate glass.Additionally, it has a low refractive index, low protein adsorption, and no delamination during drug compatibility tests.So the bottle body can withstand temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 121℃.

Applications

NEST AccureVial COP Bottle are intended for complex molecules with high stability and some other sensitive drugs, particularly biological preparations such as anti-cancer, anti-tumor, and cardiovascular drugs, which have high additional value.They are also highly recommended for packaging and transportation for high protein drugs or those with a pH greater than 9.



Disposable Prefilled Intra-nasal Atomization Deivice

It can store drugs for a long time with good stability and compatibility. When in use, the device can convert the liquid medication into evenly sized fine mist particles, delivering them onto the patient's mucous membranes (such as nasal or oral mucosa) to achieve drug delivery.

The primary raw material used for the NEST Pre-filled COP Syringe with Luer Lock is cycloolefin copolymer (COP).This device can serve as the packaging for high-end drugs and vaccines, and is intended for injection, as well as irrigation in ophthalmology, otology, orthopedics, etc..

Pen Injector

Pen Injector is a type of reusable liquid medicine injection device that contain liquid medicine solution with a syringe.The Liquid medicine medication is placed in the pen in a cartridge, eliminating the need to extract liquid medicine each time.To administer the medication, simply remove the pen cap, adjust the dial to the desired dose, and then perform the liquid medicine injection.

Currently, NEST Pen Injector are available in two categories: Reusable Pen Injector and Disposable Pen Injector.NEST Pen Injectors have been developed specifically for use with standardized 3mL injection vials and needles as outlined in ISO 11068-3 and 11068-2.This user-friendly device is not only reusable but also offers the convenience of dose adjustments according to individual needs, granting patients flexibility in self-administration. To pre-set the desired dosage, simply adjust the dosage adjustment knob to the required dose.The plunger handle of the injector operates by engaging gears, which in turn drives a screw thread to move radially.This radial movement simultaneously pushes the cartridge plunger within the medication chamber, causing the medication to be injected into patient’s body through a disposable needle in a precise and accurate way.

Cell Thawing Device

Features

The thawing and resuscitation time is basically the same as a water bath. It takes 1 minute for preheating, around 1 minute and 10 seconds for the thawing stage, and approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds for the resuscitation stage.The cell survival rate during thawing and resuscitation is comparable to that of a water bath.
