Large scale cultivation (issue 4) —tutorial on operating BioFactories in series
Cell culture process can be scaled up by simply using more BioFactories, but it may increases the risk of contamination due to frequent opening operations. To address this, BioFactories can be connected together into a semi-closed or closed system using accessories. This tutorial provides step-by-step instructions for seeding, inoculation, collection, and digestion in a series of BioFactories.

1.Prepare cell suspension of the required concentration, then mix it with medium evenly in a container. A volume of 30-50ml per layer is recommended .
2.Slowly add the mixed solution into the 5-layer Cell Culture Flask with a serological pipette. To avoid foam or bubbles, it is recommended to set the pipette firmly against the wall, enable the stream to flow along the slope, and save a little liquid in the pipette each time.
